Delivery Model

Project Management(PMI, Prince2 and Agile)

At Printmind we adapt to the client needs and follow the industry best practices for delivering projects using PMI, Prince2 and Agile techniques.

SDLC

Software Development Life Cycle or SDLC is one of the most important processes that we follow at Printmind as a part our Delivery Models. The activities which become a part of SDLC are figuratively presented below:

The important task in creating a software product is extracting the requirements or requirements analysis. Customers typically have an abstract idea of what they want as an end result, but not what software should do. So we take their requirements and implement comprehensive Planning of Design, Implementation, Testing and Documenting. Maintaining and enhancing software to cope with newly discovered problems or new requirements can take far more time than the initial development of the software. After the delivery is done to the client later to detailed testing, we also undertake maintenance of the product.

SAAS

SaaS or Software as a Service has become a common delivery model for most business applications, including accounting, collaboration, customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), invoicing, human resource management (HRM), content management (CM) and service desk management. It is a delivery model where a software and its associated data are hosted centrally (typically in the (Internet) cloud) and are typically accessed by users using a thin client, normally using a web browser over the Internet.
